Many times questions arise about the structural capabilities of a possible future addition from the Buyer or what improvements will enhance a Seller's highest return. 20 years as a past owner and Principle Broker have allowed me to assist several hundred clients with a wide variety of real estate needs. My 40 years of contracting experience centers around years dealing with drainage, structural steel, major home remodels and new home construction.
