The Energy Within Pilates

The Energy Within, located in Encinitas CA, is a Pilates studio which offers Pilates exercise training for all ages and fitness levels.

Worked for Julian Littleford at JL Body Conditioning for 2.5 years. I opened my Pilates studio in 1995 until present. Worked out of my home until Feb 2000. My living room was made into a pilates studio. It was mirrored with 2 reformers, I trap table, 1 stability chair, 1 arm chair (not sure if you can even get these anymore) and various other items. During this time I attended a pilates Instructor training course at On Center Conditioning in Costa Mesa, CA. In 1999 I moved to Toronto, Canada to attend the STOTT Pilates training course for 4 months. I received two certifications from STOTT Pilates. Pilates Instructor and Pilates Instructor Trainer. Came back and opened a larger commercial studio where I taught pilates classes and started a STOTT Pilates Instructor course.
