In the spring of 2008 Mitch Reed and his wife Jen opened the doors of The Front Room in Scott, Louisiana. The Front Room is a working music and arts studio offering group and private lessons for kids and adults. Mitch currently plays with the Grammy Award winning Cajun band BeauSoleil and has over 20 years of teaching experience. In addition to playing and teaching music, Jen is an award winning Portrait and Fine Arts Photographer with over 3 decades of experience. Together The Reeds give entertaining and educational presentations on Cajun Culture, Folklore and Photography in schools locally and nationwide.
