Our medically supervised plan consists of weekly one on one coaching through the whole 4-Phase Protocol, diet development, nutritional counseling and exercise development plan is desired by a Certified Personal Trainer. We follow the Ideal Protein Protocol. When you follow the Ideal Protein weight-loss method you will learn: 1) How calories are burnt and what calorie consumption means; 2) which foods are best suited to balance weight management 3) when, why and in what combination to eat carbohydrates, fats and proteins;4) why exercise is important to the functioning of the body; and much more! Women will typically lose on average 3-5lbs and men 5-7lbs per week. This diet is beneficial for patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia.
