A. This corporation is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. B. The specific purpose of this corporation is to induct and award persons in the Electronic Dance Music industry into the International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame for their contribution to the history and continuing significance in Electronic Dance music. Furthermore, its purpose is to promote an increased cultural awareness in the arts of Electronic Dance music. It will also provide a positive impact, through the organizations charitable acts, in the areas of education sponsorship, health care relief
