12 clean, comfortable rooms all overlooking Lake Sunapee. One minute to the Lake Sunapee state beach or Mount Sunapee. All rooms have heat/air conditioning, bathrooms with tubs and showers, refrigerator, microwave, TV/VCR, alarm clock, hair dryer. Upper level rooms have screened porches. Lower level rooms have patio sitting area. Barbecue area available. Continental breakfast and free video library for your nightly entertainment. We occasionally have campfires at night. Go swimming, canoeing or picnicking at the state beach or hike, bike, or challenge yourself at the Adventure Park at Mount Sunapee where you can enjoy the zip line, treetop obstacle course, segway tours, play disc golf or mini golf.
