Paul is the owner and founder of The Law Office of Paul Tortora PLLC. He is an experienced practitioner with a reputation as a trusted counselor, advisor and advocate in the local community. Paul started his career as a Capitol Hill staffer for a member of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, which oversees federal legislation relating the nation's legal system. Through this experience he gained a unique behind-the-scenes perspective of how laws are created and enforced. He has used these insights to help his clients navigate the complexities of the legal system.Paul is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia State bars and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), the Virginia State Bar Association (VSB), the District of Columbia Bar Association (DC Bar), the Fairfax Bar Association, and the American Bar Association (ABA). He has received certificates in Global Law and Policy and National Security and Counterterrorism Law.
