The Mind Mechanix LLC. is a business facility where a number of mental health professionals practice. Each therapist is an independent practitioner.

Mr. Stanford is a 1989 Cum Laude graduate from The University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He was awarded the Master of Social Work Degree from Louisiana State University in 1991. While pursuing his degrees he was a member of Gamma Beta Phi and Psi Chi. Mr. Stanford trained in the practice of Hypnotherapy with Dr. Tom Boone during the 1990's and is a current member of National Association of Social Workers and Louisiana GroupPsychotherapy Association. Mr. Stanford's approach to therapy is active and integrative. Clients respond well to this approach which increases internal acceptance and improved functioning.
