All inspections are done by owner, Daniel Grant who is a licensed certified inspector and was one of the first licensed inspectors in the state of Massachusetts. I have been working with Realtors and homowners for over 25 years and my business is built on a reputation of how we treat our customers and is a big part of our success. I am specializing in title 5 inspections and do all the inspections myself. I have the experience and will go the extra step to do it right. Doing it right means making the correct call on passing or failing the system so there will not be needless cost and replacements of system that should have passed. You don't want to pass a failing system that can result in lawsuits after the sale of a house and sometimes a minor repair of replacing a pipe or d-box is all
