The process begins with advertising your jobs and collecting resumes. Then we filter the applicants helping bring the best candidates to your desk and leave the rest behind. We pre-screen every applicant, and phone screen the top candidates before sending you the best candidates in small batches. We can even schedule the interviews for your top candidates. Finally, after the position is filled we notify every remaining applicant.
