The Swinery is West Seattle's only full service butcher shop. We specialize in fresh meats and poultry that are sourced from with-in 300 miles of the shop. Products are from farms and ranchers that are practicing sustainability by pasture raising animals in natural settings. We also offer prepared food programs that encompass a courtyard style menu of sandwiches all prepared from scratch. Also a take away meals prepared in our kitchen using our in house butchered fresh meats. We also sell in-house made bacon, sausages, sauces and stocks. We offer professionally trained cooking advise and recipes. In Addition we do catering, custom cooking and charcuterie platters.
