The Terrace Retirement Community provides apartments and services for independent seniors. An individual must be 62 years of age to live at the Terrace. Services that are provided include breakfast plus one additional meal each day, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, maintenance services, 24 hour non-medical staffing, activities, inside storage locker and assigned parking. The Terrace has 5 sizes of apartments to meet individuals needs. There is no buy in. The Terrace is known for its warm and friendly atmosphere.
