The Truffle Factory is the only manufacturing facility in Maryland that manufactures premium chocolate from bean to chocolate from its own farmland.

Eric and Crisoire Reid, husband and wife, dared to achieve the impossible. Their dream came true through their AgroCriso farm, where soil, seed, rain and sun, consistently produce exquisite cacao beans. Utilizing only the best natural ingredients and the finest cacao grown from their AgroCriso estate in Hato Mayor Del Rey, the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. Then, these quality cacao beans are shipped to the United States where it is re-processed and carefully handcrafted to its finest in our Truffle Factory in Gaithersburg, MD within the community of the Kentlands. Within this facility they handcraft Truffles, Bonbons, Desserts and Premium Chocolate Bars. The Truffle Factory hosts tours on Saturday and Sunday's, showcasing its manufacturing process and craft.
