The Yoga Connection offers yoga classes. pre-natal, mindful awareness meditation, massage therapy, and a licensed dietitian (RD,LDN).

The Yoga Connection offers several services besides yoga for your health and well being. We also offer wellness services: Pre-natal yoga, Integrative Health Coaching, Massage Therapy, and Diet/Nutrition with a licensed RD, LDN with a specialty in menu planning.We are located in the historic district of Smithfield, NC, 25 minutes from Raleigh, a few miles from Interstate 95. You'll find us on the second floor of a restored building. Hardwood floors, large windows and a charming atmosphere. The studio has over 1000 square feet for practicing yoga. Tranquil, safe harbor, soothing, and a space to breath, are the words clients use to describe their experience.All teachers are minimum 200hr certified through Yoga Alliance. Each teacher has their own style and concentration.
