We offer Termite inspections and treatments. Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Reports are always $65 for all Realtors. If treatment is required we will complete the job and prepare all necessary documents in a timely manner to assist in meeting the closing date. One-year warranties are issued to all Post-treatments and are renewable for $125.00 in most cases. Larger homes may have slightly higher renewal rates as per contract agreement. Three and Five year warranties are also available. Our pest control program targets the outside of your home to keep the bugs from getting into your home. All entry point are treated, webs knocked down, foundation around your home treated, perimeter along the fence line and other areas where bug hide and breed. We guarantee all our services.
