Julia Fettig, CTRS, CMT, ATRIC provides Aquatic Personal Training and AquaStretch sessions by appointment. The techniques used are beneficial for pre and post rehab clients, chronic pain management, stress and chronic fatigue. Most sessions take place in a warm water pool and are designed to address the specific needs of the individual. Small specialty group training classes are offered at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center. Julia is a national presenter on Pediatric AquaHab, Neurological Aquatic Techniques, Aquatics for Chronic Pain, Myofascial Aquatic Body Work, Bad Ragaz Ring Method and AquaStretch.
