I am a behavioral health therapist assisting individuals, couples, and families. Common issues include depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

It takes a lot of courage to take that first step, which is making the initial phone call. I have a home office, which many clients have called comfortable yet professional; they felt like it was an atmosphere in which they could freely discuss their concerns. I do not use a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long standing issues. Common issues include the following: depression and anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, grief and loss, work and career issues, stress management, addiction and recovery, parenting and family issues, and conflict resolution. My specialty is to assist individuals through life transitions, such as: divorce, empty nest syndrome, and assisting aging parents. As an individual experiences life transitions, this may also involve personal growth. This may result in some tears, but usually results in a great sense of accomplishment!
