Their vehicles are not safe to travel. No vehicle has air-conditioning system working making it unbearable to travel in extreme weather conditions. Broken seats fell on customers. vans die at every stop and had to crank several times to keep them moving. Customer care is worst, nobody picks call if you want to know why your ride is late. Forget about that they will call you to let you know that the service will be late. 30 minutes to an 1h late is usual time.Hydraulic lifts for wheelchair accessible vans are broken. Drivers have to pump with manual lever to operate the lift.
Stay away from them if you want safe ride.
