Three Streams Family Health is a non profit organization started in 2001. We offer primary and acute care services to the uninsured and insured in WNC

Three Streams Family Health opened our doors in 2001 to offer primary care services to those without insurance. Since that time we have expanded our services to 6 days per week with some hours offering minor urgent care walk in services. We also accept most major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. For those without insurance we do work on a sliding scale based on income and household size. Patients may pay by check, cash or credit card. We offer primary care, chronic disease management, labs, radiology services through Mission hospital, physicals, medication assistance and for uninsured we work with Buncombe County Medical Society - Project Access.
