Are you ready for change and willing to take that next step? I have over ten years of experience in working to improve the quality of life for individuals and families. I have knowledge and skills in improving relationships, and facilitating positive change and growth. I believe in providing a non-judgmental relationship with individuals and practice from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on one's assets and potential. My purpose is to help individuals and families improve coping skills, increase personal happiness, and discover stability in daily life. I have developed programs to assist adolescents and families with issues such as addiction, anger management, depression, anxiety, communication, parenting, and stress management. I strive to improve the lives of my clients in ways that are both personally and relationally beneficial to the client.
