Business description

Marine Construction and Drilling, Dock Building, Dock and Boathouse Repair, Dredging, Excavation, Seawalls, Steel Retaining Walls, permit application

TIMIS, Inc. is a drilling, dock building and marine construction company operating since 2002 in the northern New York. We have completed projects in many Jefferson and St. Lawrence County communities from Lake Ontario though the Thousand Islands and up the St. Lawrence River. Even in locations where the wave action and ice flow are severe, we drill steel piliings, weld steel frames and install heavy-duty wood decking to create permanent docks. We have now expanded on our steel-framed dock design and are now building steel-framed boathouses. New in 2011 we have added sales and installation of boatlifts and personal watercraft (PWC) lifts. We provide written contracts with set costs-- no suprises. We explain the construction process and prepare permit applications as needed.
