Owning our home for a year now in a neighborhood designed by the builder I can firmly say is the biggest headache and mistake we have ever made. Being called liars by business owner and all the homeowners and HOA members are told the plans for the neighborhood are none of our business. Everything from electrical problems to custom cabinets warping and falling apart. Drainage is a huge problem and builder is only fixing homesites that have not sold. It has almost become laughable watching new homes being built and being bricked and stoned in colors that obviously don't match. Workers speed up streets (really only gravel roads) where small children play and the developer only laughing when told. He had insulted every family that has moved in to the neighborhood and resuses to meet with us to address issues. Do not buy a home from this builder! He laughs at our investment of almost 400k as a drop in the bucket.
