Transformations Downtown Stuart

Transformations Stuart is an intensive outpatient program which offers services for substance abuse & mental health when outpatient is not enough.

Transformations is a facility and offers services to individual who are 18 years or older. The program is 10 weeks long and meets three times a week, for three hours and individual counseling. Transformations offers a free family support group to the community. Teaching individuals on how to feel, deal and heal. Learning triggers, and warning signs to relapse to prevent the individual not to relapse.
