Home inspection service, EIFS or Stucco, Commercial, Mold testing. We also do fire evaluation or any type of construction evaluations.

We have been involved with homes as far as constructing, remodeling and inspections for approx.-25 years. We evaluate all visible conditions and report what we find. WE do not try to sugar coat the findings because you never know how it could be if it becomes worse after the fact. Several years ago I was a Volunteer Fire fighter for about 14 years,( That changed my life for ever). The home was fully engulf with fire when arrived to later having to find three small children and was the last fire after that I could respond to. This is part of why I was driven to do the job the best I can without tearing apart and damaging a property. This is also not allowed per the states Licensing law.
