John R. Bailey, III founded Tri-County Aire, Inc. in 1987, first operating from a small office in his Clements home with just 4 employees and 2 trucks. Today the enterprise is housed in a modern 11,400 sq. ft. complex in Charlotte Hall with over 50 employees, an up-to-the-minute ductwork manufacturing shop, and a fleet of 30 vehicles operating with state-of-the-art GPS dispatching. Today, Tri-County Aire offers a variety of heating and cooling options including geothermal units, heat pumps, air conditioners, gas & oil furnaces, humidifiers as well as clean air systems to customers in Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert, and Anne Arundel counties.
