Business description

We offer contractual obligations that pay a specific face amount issued. We buy these contracts at a steep discount to that face amount.

A Life Offering begins with the purchase of an unneeded or unwanted life insurance policy from a policy owner by a qualified individual investor or group of investors. The investor(s) assume premium payments from the policy owner plus the right to collect the eventual death benefits. Tri-Crescent Ventures,a licensee of AGAP Life Offerings LLC, purchases a surety bond adding +/- 12 months (the deferred period) to the insuredâ??s life expectancy, giving the investor a defined maturity date and maturity value to look forward to. The bond takes effect when the life expectancy is reached (plus the deferred period), and pays all obligations to an escrow account on behalf of the investor(s) if the insured has not yet passed.
