Our mission is to consistently offer this fine culinary experience to each and every guest that walks into our doors. It begins with freshly grinding our burger patties in house, made with USDA Prime cuts of Angus beef. As part of our mission, we cut out any doubts about the source or content of our gourmet burgers. For the most discerning guests, we grind our patties from 100% all-natural, hormone-free Angus beef exclusively from sustainably ranched grass-fed cattle. We supplement our high-quality burgers with specialty meats like Jidori chicken, real Alaskan crab, house-braised short-rib, homemade Applewood bacon jam and top sirloin. We locally source the rest of our ingredients from produce to dairy whenever and wherever possible, including buns baked right in Los Angeles by the Melrose Baking Company and farm-direct, organic coffee roasted locally by Caffe Vita and ground to order for the best taste in each cup. And with homemade desserts, salads, sauces & dressings and fries and onion rings fried only in trans fat-free Canola oil, we never cut corners or compromise quality.
