TWIST FOOD PHILOSOPHY: 100 % Gluten Free 100% Peanut Free DAIRY We bake and cook without Dairy. We do however, offer cheese on sandwiches, and offer a limited selection of items that contain dairy which are clearly marked in our cases as containing dairy. All items are filtered for dairy. SOY We do not cook or bake with soy. Chocolate chips contain soy lecithin, and items made with those products are clearly marked. All items are filtered for soy. FISH Tuna (and occasionally other fish and shellfish) is available in the bakery. We do not use sea salt in any of our cooking or baking. NUTS We do not generally cook or bake with nuts, we filter all products coming into the facility for nuts and their use is extremely limited. All nuts are stored separately and we have
