The first product we will bring to market is an improved Activated partial Thromboplastin test where the market is already established worldwide. This a laboratory test used in every hospital in the world. The test currently on the market supplied by several different competitors must be refrigerated. We developed an improved test that is stable at room temperature for two years and does not require refrigeration. In addition the product has equal or better performance than competitor products. The test is used for all patients having surgery as well as other patients on heparin therapy and to diagnose blood clotting abnormalities as a screening test.
