We are southern Oregon's most affordable, flat rate computer repair service. Same day repair and on-site solutions available.

UpperCASE has successfully repaired over 2974 (Updated 07.19.11) machines since May 1st of 2009 alone. We have proven methods of diagnosing and repairing practically any malfunction that may come our way. We use direct and indirect root directory manipulation to recover even the most infected of systems. We use tools only seen in corporate environments, tools not even available to most consumer PC technicians. It's these tools that allow us to clean and remove even the most suborn infections.Every customer that walks through our door is treated with the respect and dignity. Regardless of the situation our guarantees and store policies never fall short. Our strict policies on customer confidentiality and identity theft are some of our top concerns.
