Our company designs & manufactures solid wood furniture from trees salvaged throughout the Northwest.

Our goal is to be the most progressive and responsible wood furniture manufacturer/retailer in America. None of our wood comes from trees cut down for the purpose of creating lumber. The entire furniture production process - including milling, drying, and construction - takes place within a two mile radius in the Seattle area. Sustainable Industries Magazine awarded Urban Hardwoods as one of the Top 10 green Building Products of 2008 for its tree salvaging efforts, and for reducing waste and resource in its drying and milling process. We ship nationally and internationally, but focus primarily on markets surrounding our three retail stores in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
