Multicultural Mental Health Clinic

We are trained and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which is an evidenced based therapy designed to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, smoking, family conflicts and behavioral issues in as little as 10-12 sessions. We have groups that provide therapy to treat depression/anxiety, Trauma and PTSD, ADHD in children, parenting skills/ parent support, couples/ relationships issues, substance abuse recovery, and wellness & health management. Our psychiatrists are trained in psychotropic medications, and in holistic (natural) alternatives for health management. The clinic continues to partner with Comunilife's Life Is Precious program, which is a latina teen suicide prevention program servicing the Bronx and Brooklyn.
