Vineyard is a Fannie Mae SAM approved vendor and performs a variety of renovations and repairs on Fannie Mae properties and also services the needs for many non-Fannie Mae clients. Vineyard is currently operating in Arizona, Nevada and California and is evaluating expansion into Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Oregon. Our services include REO renovations and repairs, Investor and Private Equity services, property preservation and inspection, and residential services. At Vineyard, we believe we have positioned our company to capitalize on the growing REO need, while also building a full service renovation, remodeling and homebuilding platform that will ultimately lead Vineyard into a substantial presence in the construction industry.
