Set my bifocals too high the first time, then too low and the second time they remade them. Customer service was a joke. Very rude staff. Was in the store for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and at that point it was clear they didn't want to deal with me or try to help. I will never be back or refer friends and family like I used to.
