Sifu Eric Bernsdorf began his martial arts career in 1981. He has trained in several different Kung Fu - Gong Fu systems as well as Tae Kwon Do, Kara

We teach Traditional Chinese Kung Fu or Gong Fu, Tai Chi or Tai Ji, Iron Palm and Chi Gong or Qi Gong. Kung Fu is the oldest of Martial Arts. Over 4500 years old, at different times in Chinese history, the emperors would get over thrown and outlaw weapons and or Martial Arts. So Kung Fu Masters would flee the country taking with them their art. Karate is a subset of Kung Fu focusing on striking, Tae Kwon Do is the same focusing mostly on kicks, Judo focusing on throws, take downs and come alongs in chinese in is known as Shuai jiao. Chinese Kung Fu is all inclusive including specializing in over 80 different weapons. We start teaching at age 3.
