I would NOT recommend this company as a pre-finished wood installer. I was not at all happy with the speed of the installation and more importantly the quality of the work was very poor. When you purchase pre-finished flooring it comes in various sizes so that the flooring can be staggered across the room. The installer that they sent did not seem to have ANY sense of how a wood floor should look. He lined up the small pieces all within a 40% area of the floor. The result was not a professional finish, but rather looked like a checkerboard floor. My den, the main room in my house, now looks as if someone has used scrap pieces to try to make a new floor. When I expressed my concern, the owner of the company and the installer both treated me as if I did not know what I was talking about and said that they thought it looked good. My contractor suggested I just put a rug on it. At NO point did they acknowledge that the small puzzle piece side of the room was different than the other side with longer runs. The owner, Wayne, also NEVER offered any solution nor did he say he would fix the problem. If you just want wood floors cut to fit in a space and cover the room, then these guys are for you. If you want your floors to be laid out in a thoughtful method, DO NOT hire this company.
