Summary Our knowledgeable and presentable field staff provides intelligent, concise and accurate updates in a timely fashion. When our field staff secures a vehicle we provide a complete condition report and pictures upon request. Our in-house skip tracing team reviews every update and takes the information provided by the field staff to determine and take the necessary steps that will expedite your recovery. We then send that information to keep you apprised of all activity on your accounts. Each client is assigned an account representative that will be the regular point of contact within our office. All accounts are serviced by Walkers Recovery employees ensuring clients privacy and compliance with the GLBA , and FDCPA. Our office staff is here from 8am to 5pm EST to service your needs
