This eases the home selling experience and points out problems ahead of time so that they may fix the problems before listing.New Home Warranty Inspections- This is an inspection for new home homeowners whose building warranties are about to expire.This enables the owner to submit a list to the builder for review or correction.Condominium/Townhome Inspections- The same quality inspection as above but often does not include attics, crawlspaces, or other common, shared areas.
