NEW RULES OR WHAT!!!!????????????

I have been paying for a residential dump card for over 20 years. The bed of my truck is small, only 6 x 4 feet. I make a trip to the dump weekly, and my card last all month. However, there is a new person at the scale who needs to be trained properly. Not only is he causing excessive lines, but he is also punching my card 4 times for less than 200 lbs. of household trash! I have NEVER had it punched 4 times except for when I take an appliance or brush. At this rate, I will be purchasing 2 cards a month. Is this what you are trying to achieve? If so, why don't you let it be known that the prices are going up. In any case, I was ripped off this morning.
