We offer the comfort of knowing your primary residence, second home, vacation rental, camp or cabin are looked after when you are away.

Located in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, we offer a full range of services to help maintain your properties and keep owners informed while they are away. We watchover homes, vacation rentals, camps and cabins in Tioga, Potter and Lycoming counties. We offer customized monthly plans starting at $39 per month. Each week we will check on your property and send you an email photo. We can check the inside or just external, it's up to the owners to pick a plan that works for them and their budget. We also have a list of licensed contractors that we work with for larger projects. We will manage your new addition, new garage, large repairs, etc. and you won't have to worry about spending your time at your camp or cabin working on projects that can be overseen but us while you're away.
