We are a local, family owned business that has been serving Central Oregon, particularly Sunriver and Bend, since 1985. We have installed thousands of spas over the last 28 years, and have serviced on a monthly basis thousands more. Because of our vast monthly maintenance clientele, namely the income it generates, we are able to price our new spas at the most competitive rates anywhere in Oregon! Rather than marking spas up just to have "sales" and mark them back down, we simply offer the fairest price we can..no gimmicks or pressure tactics! The philosophy is: Even though we price our new Caldera spas, on average, 1k cheaper than our competitors, if we can get a service contract that spans the next decade, it's better for us and our consumers! As a result of this philosophy, there are many hundreds of Caldera spas in our communities at large, and thousands of happy homeowners who don't have to worry about their spas breaking-down or water being less than clean.
