The Waynesboro Area Learning Tree is a non-profit organization offering technology training and development as an outreach initiative to the City of Waynesboro and surrounding counties. Our goal is to promote digital transformation and encourage innovation through developing educational programs that contribute to the long-term growth and diversification of the local economy.WALT recognizes that the provision of educational programming must extend beyond the traditional classrooms in order for individuals to compete in an aggressive global market of today. A high emphasis will be placed on training and development of children and adults through established Neighborhood Computer Network Centers and mobile computer units to provide more access to technology.
