Think of Wellness like a flower. A Flower needs Clean Air, Clean Water, Nutrients (soil) and Sunlight. Take ANY of these away, it WILL NOT survive!

If you have air, water, dirt and put a flower in a dark closet, it will not survive. If you have air, water, sunlight and dont give it nutrients, it will not survive. Same thing with exposing it to polluted air and dirty water. It will not survive. Compare that to what we are doing to ourselves. We breath unhealthy air, drink dirty city water or dead bottled water, dont eat properly, dont exercise properly, dont sleep well and wonder why we dont feel good.
