While standing in line, I couldn't help but overhear what the manager was dealing with. Another customer upset over everything. The temperature in the dining room was too cold (it is January - the place is a wall of windows and it is cold outside), the prices are too high ( I doubt this young lady has any control over menu prices. This person obviously hasn't been to the grocery store lately), and her spicy chicken sandwich was too spicy. Yep, you heard it correct - the spicy food she ordered was too spicy. She was asking for her money back. Interestingly enough she ate her food. My heart goes out to the workers in these establishments that have to put up with this nonsense. If you can't be a reasonable person, pack yourself a peanut butter sandwich and stay away from the restaurants. The rest of us want to eat, and we can read the menu and decide what is affordable for us to order, and we know that spicy means that it might be... well... spicy.
