West Woods Logging

BEWARE:

When West Woods Logging came out to give us an estimate on the harvest of our trees the owner, Larry West was very nice and answered our questions. He said we would profit about $30,000.00. In the end we only got half of that and when questioned about it, Larry said "did you expect me to poop out the rest?"

His company did a very good job but left a mess around our shop which he assured us he would take care of. Months went by with no word so I called him when he would be here and he said "I will be there when I get there". Another month went by with no sign of a clean up so my husband called him and ask when he was going to come out and clean up the area around the shop. His response was nasty, rude and uncalled for. Larry West said "I am not coming out to clean anything up for you A hole. You can go F yourself old man. I don't like you so I am not doing anything for you." My husband said YOU told us that YOU would but now that the job is over and he got his money he has no interest in finishing what HE said he would. Thus the reason for the ONE STAR review.

I am very disappointed and shocked that he talked to my 80 year old husband like he did. There was no reason for this. I am shocked that a company would act like this to a customer.
