Welcome to What Fir Tree Farm, a Choose and Cut Fraser Fir Christmas Tree Farm just north of Boone, NC. All of our Fraser Fir trees are organically/sustainably grown -- we're the only Christmas Tree Farm in the area who uses these practices. Bring your family and friends to pick out the perfect, healthy tree for your home. Sizes range from 4 - 14.' Our staff will help you cut, bale, and tie down your tree for you.While at What Fir be sure to stop at our gift shop for hot cider, Christmas Decorations and gifts, and many locally made gifts. Visit the design shop and have your wreath decorated just the way you like it. Don't forget the bow!We are family friendly! Jump on the hay wagon for a ride up to the top on the ridge. Or bring a sled and ride down one of our many hills.
