With a quarter of a decade in the hospitality industry Christopher Penland of Asheville, NC has launched WNC Catering serving the residents and visitors of Western North Carolina. WNC Catering has a vision to provide quality food at an affordable price backed by professional service. WNC Catering supports local farmers and markets by purchasing, preparing and providing goods from the locals. While WNC Catering is new to the area, the team is led by Christopher Penland, who has gained culinary, pastry and event experience while residing in Las Vegas, NV for over 25 years. Chef Chris' experience hails from Station Casinos, Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Fleur Dy Lys, Mandalay Bay and the JW Marriott.
