While WNC Catering is new to the area, the team is led by Christopher Penland, who has gained culinary, pastry and event experience while residing in Las Vegas, NV for over 25 years. Chef Chris' experience hails from Station Casinos, Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Fleur Dy Lys, Mandalay Bay and the JW Marriott.
