Women's Care Associates is a private OB/GYN practice founded by Dr Mary Vanko to provide primary and specialty care to women in Northwest Indiana.

..Dr Mary Vanko provides full spectrum OB GYN care. Our practice can do many procedures in the office including sterilization and endometrial ablation. We provide full spectrum contraception including IUDs and implants. Importantly, Dr Vanko is a skilled vaginal surgeon, performs most hysterectomies and pelvic floor repairs vaginally. This means a shorter recovery and an outpatient 23 hour hospital stay. Dr Vanko also is skilled in the placement of urinary slings for incontinence. Furthermore, as a skilled obstetrician, she can deliver twins vaginally if the first twin is vertex.
