Zero Customer service

I have been calling for hours, my daughters flight was cancelled and she is lost in an airport 8 hours away with no plan. Everytime I call the 1 800 number I am told someone will call me back and still no call back. Where is my daughter supposed to spend the night?

I have been calling the rep amy fix and do not get a response back.

This is an EMERGANCY, a WHOLE CLASS is stranded in an airport and not single person at the company can help? Not a single person i have spoken to can tell me a managers name or number, this whole company looks like a scheme
