Wesley R. Segawa & Associates, Inc. (WRSA) was established in 1981 as a professional engineering organization providing civil engineering, structural engineering and construction management services to private and governmental clients in the State of Hawaii. WRSA is composed of about thirty licensed engineers, technicians, inspectors, project managers and administrative support staff who fit within our corporate culture that is unique to our island lifestyle and are driven by our Company's Mission of Commitment to Quality Performance and Value. In fostering our Mission, we continuously recruit individuals and develop alliances that move us closer toward fulfilling our Mission objectives. As the prime consultant on most of our projects, we are able to assist our clients through the various stages of project delivery. Our projects have included airport infrastructure and facilities; master planning; highways, bridges, harbor and waterfront developments; wastewater treatment plans; water systems; industrial processing plants; land development infrastructure; schools; astronomy facilities; athletic facilities and residential, commercial and industrial buildings; regulatory permitting and a host of other interesting and challenging projects.
